Team Drewber is a group of certified subject matter experts in various areas ranging from financial coaching to college planning. The Drewber solution team functions as a unit designed to provide complementary services to the public at an affordable price. Our team lives to serve the community and offer various workshops to the public to educate them on the necessary stages in life.

Nathaniel Butler, CFP
As the Co-Founder of Drewber Solutions, Nathaniel has made it his life’s mission to educate, inspire and empower Bahamians and those within the wider Caribbean region to rethink social norms that hinder financial progress. He started Drewber Solutions with the intent to retrain people and organizations on how to chart a path to a strong financial legacy.
He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified International Taxation (CIT). He is also a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach.
Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance (specializing in financial planning) at Liberty University in Virginia.
Bachelor of Business Administration from Omega College/St. Thomas University in Miami.
Certified Financial Educator from the American National Financial Educators Council.
Member of the Society of Human Resource Management, The Bahamas Human Resource Association, the American Personal Finance Speakers Association.
Deno Cartwright is a career banker having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in the discipline of Finance from the then College of the Bahamas and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Bangor, Wales with a concentration in Banking and Finance and is a Chartered Banker.

He has also earned the Certified International Financial Planner designation in 2013 from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and is a Justice of the Peace for New Providence. He is a Fellow of the Bahamas Institute of Financial Services and 1st Vice President and an adjunct lecturer at the Institute. He has over 15 years in the financial sector functioning in the commercial banking, government accounting and regulatory spaces during his career. He is the CEO and Lead Advisor at CornerStone Advisors, a personal financial and small and medium sized business consulting agency and more recently, a consultant with Drewber Solutions.

Sterling Bain,BSc
Sterling holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the College of The Bahamas (now University of The Bahamas) and is a graduate of its Emerging Leaders program.
When he is not speaking or teaching you can find him reading, traveling or planning future projects. Sterling is a beloved youth leader with a desire to inspire, motivate and enlighten Youth and Millennials. With the concern of a friend and the heart of a teacher, he speaks on topics such as boosting financial literacy, finding the path to financial peace and charting the course to financial freedom.
Sterling views these topics as especially important for young persons to grasp as the prevailing culture of the day is one of financial misinformation, miseducation and prevailing cycles of hopelessness, debt and dependence.
Founder of The Financial Academy and a young financial professional, Lakeisha’s goal is to make an impact among the youth of the nation by instilling the importance of adopting positive financial habits at an early age.
Lakeisha Rolle, MSc, BBA
Lakeisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Finance from The College of The Bahamas and a Master of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Edinburgh Napier University.
Lakeisha has been employed in the financial services industry for seven years and has worked in various sectors including investment management, securities regulation and fund administration.
In November 2019, she established The Financial Academy to increase awareness of financial literacy among the youth by assisting them with identifying and developing effective strategies to creating a secure financial future.
In keeping with the motto “Smart Finances, Secure Future”, The Financial Academy’s mission is to provide practical ways in which young persons can create a more secure financial future by making healthy financial choices today.
Career Highlights
Lakeisha serves as a Senior Development Officer of The Bahamas Primary School Student of the Year Awards Program.
Appointed to the Executive Board of The State of The Bahamas of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
One of Lakeisha’s favorite scriptures is Psalm 37:5 (TPT), “Give God the right to direct your life and as you trust Him along the way, you’ll find He pulled it off perfectly!”
Kelly Fowler
Kelly Fowler is co-founder of Finding Home Bahamas, a platform documenting the past and present Bahamian experience. As a Bahamian applied anthropologist, she is interested in how the past has shaped present values, attitudes, and behaviors, and how this knowledge can be used to chart more prosperous futures.
As a financial coach, Kelly brings together a knowledge of finance with an understanding of its cultural underpinnings. She uses her unique skill set to help young families establish a strong financial plan that would serve as the foundation for lasting legacies of wealth creation.
